Brockville Ford is growing and looking to add one experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to our team. For sales professionals who are tired of limited inventory, weak selection, or struggling to find the right vehicle for their customers, Brockville Ford creates a better path to success.
- Expected annual earnings of $60,000–$120,000, with top performers earning more

- Access to more than 400 used vehicles, one of the largest used inventories in Eastern Ontario
- Used inventory spanning all makes and models from approximately $15,000 to $80,000
- BDC support to help manage incoming leads and appointments
- Phone leads, walk-ins, service lane opportunities, and lease portfolio opportunities
- CRM, follow-up processes, and experienced sales managers already in place

- Develop long-term relationships with customers and earn repeat and referral business
- Understand customer needs and guide them to the right new or pre-owned vehicle
- Present product features, pricing, payment options, and available services clearly and professionally
- Manage inbound opportunities from walk-ins, phone leads, BDC appointments, service lane traffic, and lease portfolio activity
- Use the dealership CRM and follow-up process to stay organized and drive results
- Work closely with sales management, BDC, F&I, and the rest of the dealership team
- Deliver an exceptional purchase and delivery experience from first contact to final handover
- Continue building your own network and book of business while leveraging Brockville Ford’s inventory and support systems
- Complete other related duties as assigned
- Previous automotive sales experience is required
- Valid OMVIC registration is mandatory
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean or acceptable driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first approach
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Comfort with computers, technology, CRM tools, and digital follow-up
- Experience with PBS is considered an asset
This role is built for experienced automotive salespeople in Brockville, Prescott, Gananoque, Kingston, and surrounding communities who want stronger inventory, better support, and a legitimate path to higher earnings.
