The Finish Rake Man is responsible for assisting the paving crew in the placement, leveling, and finishing of hot mix asphalt to meet project specifications and quality standards. Working closely with the paving foreman, screed operator, roller operators, and laborers, this position plays a key role in producing smooth, durable asphalt surfaces while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
