About the role
OasisMade is hiring a Sales Support & Accounts Receivable Administrator to support our sales team and controller. You'll coordinate supplier communications, track client projects, manage purchasing and freight, and handle invoicing and collections. This is a varied role for someone organized who enjoys keeping things moving.
What you'll do
- Support the sales team and controller day to day
- Source from and communicate with suppliers
- Manage client projects and track the status of each
- Handle purchasing, dispatching, and freight
- Create marketing and sales presentations
- Catalogue incoming samples and prototypes
- Answer phones and provide switchboard cover
- Invoicing and accounts receivable; follow up with customers on outstanding payments
- Maintain office equipment and computers
What you bring
- Strong written and verbal English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organization
- Comfortable with numbers (prices, deals, commissions)
- Solid computer and keyboard skills
- Able to multitask and work to deadlines, independently and as a team
- Secondary school diploma (required)
