Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Coordinator – ERP and Operations to support administrative coordination of training activities, ERP system processes, and operational workflows.
This role focuses on organizing, documenting, and supporting onboarding and job-specific training to ensure consistency and efficiency across departments.
Duties
- Coordinate onboarding and job-specific training schedules and materials
- Maintain and update documentation related to ERP systems and workflows
- Support administrative coordination of ERP-related processes
- Assist in standardizing procedures and operational practices
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Assist management with reporting and documentation
- Support implementation of workflows
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business administration or related field is an asset
- Experience in administrative coordination or operations support
- ERP system experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Pay: $52,000.00-$52,001.00 per year
