Nous recherchons des candidates pour un poste d’auxiliaire de recherche aux cycles supérieurs afin de soutenir un projet de recherche financé par le CRSH portant sur les conséquences sociales, émotionnelles, professionnelles et psychologiques cachées de la résilience chez les travailleurs immigrants dans trois provinces canadiennes.
L’auxiliaire de recherche agira à titre de coordonnateur (trice) du projet afin de soutenir la coordination générale et l’administration du projet, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le chercheur principal et les institutions partenaires. Le projet est dirigé par le Dr Charles Gyan à l’École de travail social de McGill University et repose sur une collaboration interdisciplinaire et interprovinciale axée sur les expériences des travailleurs immigrants, les inégalités en milieu de travail et la justice sociale.
Exigences

Être actuellement inscrite comme étudiante aux cycles supérieurs à l’Université McGill.

Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, est essentielle.

La maîtrise du français constitue un atout.

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et collaborative.

Connaissance des méthodes de recherche qualitatives, quantitatives ou mixtes.

Capacité à consacrer entre 10 et 12 heures de travail par semaine au projet.

We are seeking applicants for a Graduate Research Assistant to support a SSHRC-funded research project examining the hidden social, emotional, occupational, and mental health consequences of resilience among immigrant workers across three Canadian provinces. The Research Assistant will serve as the Project Coordinator to support the overall coordination and administration of the project and work closely with the Principal Investigator and collaborating institutions. The project is led by Dr. Charles Gyan at the School of Social Work, McGill University and involves interdisciplinary and interprovincial collaboration focused on immigrant labour experiences, workplace inequities, and social justice.
Requirements
Must be a current McGill University graduate student.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Fluency in English is an asset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods research
Ability to commit to 10-12 hours of work per week.
