We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead our landscaping, grounds maintenance, asphalt repair, and winter snow removal operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage crews, coordinate projects, and maintain high-quality workmanship year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily landscaping, grounds maintenance, asphalt repair, and snow removal operations
- Supervise field crews and coordinate schedules
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
- Organize equipment, materials, and job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain quality control and safety standards
- Assist with estimating and project coordination when needed
- Coordinate winter on-call snow and ice management operations
- Valid driver’s license
- Equipment operation experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours during winter weather events
Requirements:
- Experience in asphalt repair, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and/or snow removal
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
- Valid driver’s license
- Equipment operation experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours during winter weather events
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000– $95,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
