Northwood Landscaping is a WCB-insured landscaping and landscape construction company based in the Lower Mainland, BC, with most of our current projects in South Surrey. We're growing our crew and looking for a reliable, capable labourer to start right away. This is part-time work to start, with potential to grow into full-time hours as our project volume increases.
Requirements
- Some hands-on experience in landscaping or general construction required - this is not an entry-level, fully-trained-from-scratch role
- Able to pick up new tasks quickly with minimal supervision
- Comfortable doing physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites in South Surrey and the surrounding Lower Mainland
- Valid driver's licence an asset but not required
- Positive attitude, punctual, and able to work well as part of a crew
Responsibilities
- Assist the crew with planting, mulching, sod laying, and general yard clean-up
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools with minimal supervision
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
