YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU HAVE
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Experience coordinating parts for service teams or customer orders.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- A forklift certification (an asset).
- Experience working with inventory or ERP systems (an asset).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of parts and equipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Pick and prepare parts for service work orders and customer deliveries.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and at the counter.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for parts sales.
- Research pricing and manage part orders with suppliers.
- Process invoices, credits, and delivery charges in a timely manner.
- Support month-end billing and documentation review.
- Other duties assigned.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
