Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute projects accurately
- Perform concrete forming, deck construction , framing. roofing, siding, metal work
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction activities
- Assist with restoration projects and general handyman tasks
- Measure and cut materials precisely to specifications
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment to support project needs
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or related fields
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics is essential
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site access and material transport
