Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Debating and Public Speaking Performing Arts Instructors to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lessons focused on debating techniques, public speaking skills, and performing arts.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of students across different age groups, including early childhood learners.
- Incorporate creative activities such as storytelling, role-playing, and improvisation to enhance learning experiences.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and fellow instructors to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Organize and facilitate practice sessions for competitions or performances when applicable.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety during all activities.
Experience
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching public speaking, debating, or performing arts is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of various ages, especially in early childhood education settings.
- Experience in classroom management and curriculum development is advantageous.
- Skills in cooking or related activities are considered a bonus for integrating creative projects into lessons.

Pay: $18.93-$53.23 per hour
