About the Role:As a Landscaping Team Member, you will work as part of a crew delivering professional, detail-oriented service to residential clients.
- $21–$25/hour starting wage (based on experience and performance).

Responsibilities May Include:
- Installation of retaining walls
- Artificial turf installation
- Paver and walkway installation
- Garden bed preparation and planting
- Sod and grass installation
- Grading and soil preparation
- Gravel, rock, and mulch installation
- Landscape maintenance and property cleanups
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and hedge maintenance
- Operating landscaping equipment and machinery
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials
- General site preparation and cleanup
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Maintaining a professional and clean worksite
Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable and hardworking
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to perform physical labour
- Landscaping or construction experience is an asset
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
