WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead our landscape construction crew daily on premium residential projects across Calgary (some Okotoks)
- Work hands-on every day (this is not a clipboard role)
- Paving stone installation, retaining walls, grading, site prep, and finishing work
- Set the quality standard on site for your crew to meet
- Manage day-to-day site flow and communicate directly with the owner
- Inspire your crew to keep pace and take pride in the work they deliver
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Proven hands-on experience (knowledge) in landscape construction or hardscape
- A genuine passion for the outdoors and skilled trades
- Natural leadership ability that raises the energy and work ethic of those around you
- Physically capable and ready to work hard in demanding outdoor conditions
- Own vehicle an asset
COMPENSATION
$28-38/hour — immediate start
