Job Summary

Duties
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments according to client preferences and industry standards

- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide expert recommendations
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow
- Assist in training junior staff or apprentices, demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary
- Ensure a comfortable experience for clients, including those requiring special care such as children or hospice patients
- Promote additional grooming services and retail products to clients as appropriate
