Job Summary
Fresgo Restaurant & Bakery is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our growing team in Surrey.
We are seeking a chef who can confidently prepare:
- Authentic Bangladeshi cuisine
- Bangladeshi street food and snacks (Fuchka, Chotpoti, Jhal Muri, Singara, etc.)
- Indian cuisine, including curries, biryanis, kebabs, and tandoori specialties
- Tandoor items such as naan, tandoori chicken, seekh kebabs, and other grilled dishes
- Canadian and Western favourites, including steaks, burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items, and comfort food
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant kitchen experience
- Strong knowledge of Bangladeshi cooking
- Experience with Indian and tandoori cuisine
- Ability to prepare Canadian-style menu items
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
