About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Lead to oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. This role is critical in supporting business decision-making, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial performance. This is a current, active position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
