Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive office experience, and proficiency in various administrative functions. This role is vital in ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and efficient management of administrative tasks across the organization. The Administrative Manager will also be responsible for supervising staff, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate records to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including front desk personnel and clerical team members
- Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
- Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations
- Maintain filing systems, vendor management records, and other essential documentation
- Oversee multi-line phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette across all communication channels
- Support office supply management and vendor negotiations to optimize costs and service quality
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating special projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations related to office administration
Skills
- Office experience including clerical duties, filing systems, and vendor management
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to train and develop staff members for continuous improvement

Pay: $87,006.60-$101,699.93 per year
