What You'll Do
Technical Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on computers, laptops, Macs, cell phones, tablets and other electronics.
- Perform repairs including:
- Screen replacements
- Battery replacements
- Charging port repairs
- SSD and RAM upgrades
- Virus removal
- Windows and macOS installations
- Data backup and recovery
- General troubleshooting
- Test repaired devices before returning them to customers.
- Keep repair notes and update work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering repair parts.
Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain repair options in simple, easy-to-understand language.
- Recommend accessories, upgrades, and additional services when appropriate.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Prepare estimates and process customer payments.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience repairing computers, laptops, smartphones, or tablets.
- Experience working with Windows, macOS, and iOS operating systems.
- Experience performing screen replacements, battery replacements, and charging port repairs.
- Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience.
- A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or equivalent technical certification.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Some Saturdays may be required
- 7-hour shifts
Pay
Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.
