Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Construction Specialist with a focus on Commercial Millwork to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing accounts, and promoting high-end millwork products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of construction and renovation projects, and the ability to drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Multilingual abilities and experience with both inside and outside sales are highly valued to effectively serve diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and architects to generate new business opportunities in commercial millwork projects.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the quality and features of our millwork solutions.
- Manage sales processes from initial contact through closing, including negotiation of terms and upselling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for high-end sales campaigns targeting renovation and construction sectors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details to support ongoing account management.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside and inside sales within the construction or retail sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse markets.
- Knowledge of renovation, construction processes, and high-end millwork products.
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently while highlighting features that meet client needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
