Johnstone Supply is hiring a Permanent Full-Time AZ Driver for our day shift in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused, customer-oriented driver who enjoys being on the road while also being part of a strong warehouse team. In this role, you will deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers, represent our company professionally at every stop, and support warehouse operations as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time while providing exceptional service at every interaction.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, daily circle checks, and report any vehicle defects promptly.
- Confirm delivery quantities with customers when required, complete all paperwork accurately, and communicate any discrepancies.
- Ensure all shipments are loaded, transported, and delivered in good condition.
- Pick up customer returns and ensure all return documentation is complete and accurate.
- Use delivery and warehouse systems to complete transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, following load plans and safe material-handling practices.
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including picking, packing, shipping, sorting, and general housekeeping.
- Maintain a clean truck, including both the cab and box, and take pride in the condition of your equipment.
- Follow all company policies, transportation regulations, Ministry of Transportation requirements, and health and safety procedures.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings, and contribute to a safe, accurate, and efficient work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- A valid AZ license with a clean driving record.
- A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professional customer service.
- Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Experience with delivery driving, warehousing, or distribution operations is an asset.
- Comfort using warehouse or delivery technology and completing required documentation accurately.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading and unloading as required.
- A current forklift licence is considered an asset.
