Position Overview
As a Team Member, you’ll play an essential role in delivering excellent service and high-quality food. You’ll support daily operations, assist customers, prepare menu items, and help maintain a clean and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace (dining area, kitchen, prep stations, etc.)
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and food prep
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet service and quality goals
- Manage store opening and closing operations
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
- Good English speaking skills preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Previous food service or retail experience will be greatly appreciated but not mandatory
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
**Must be Food Handler Certified**
