Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Wireline Supervisor to lead and oversee wireline operations in the oil and gas industry. In this role, you will coordinate technical jobs ,ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain operational efficiency during well intervention activities. Your leadership will drive successful execution, uphold safety standards, and optimize equipment utilization. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily wireline operations, including logging and perforating activities, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Lead rigging procedures for equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireline tools
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, and promote a safety-conscious work environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of operations, including logs, reports, and equipment records for accountability and regulatory compliance.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in wireline services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in wireline operations
- Mechanical knowledge of wireline tools and rigging procedures.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record; a class 3 license is an asset
- An oilwell Blasters license is required
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols specific to oil & gas operations; ability to lead safety initiatives effectively.
Pay: $50,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
