**BHD COMPUTER CONSULTING INC.** is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Finance Manager** to join our growing team in Toronto, ON. We are a dynamic IT consulting firm, and we are looking for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and can provide strategic financial guidance to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Canadian accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and provide actionable financial insights to senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements to drive financial efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Support strategic planning initiatives with data-driven analysis and scenario modeling.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Mentor and develop finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is an asset.

Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
