Overview
We are seeking dedicated Cannabis Hand Trimmers to join our team, either as individuals or small groups. This role involves precise trimming and processing of dry cannabis flowers to ensure high-quality product standards. The position offers an engaging work environment within the cannabis cultivation industry, emphasizing attention to detail and manual dexterity. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
1 year hand trimming experience is a MUST.
Duties
- Carefully trim and manicure cannabis buds using hand tools to meet quality specifications
- Remove excess leaves, stems, and other plant material to enhance product appearance and potency
- Inspect trimmed buds for quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools throughout shifts
- Assist with plant handling tasks such as irrigation and basic horticultural activities as needed
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting and handling of gardening equipment
- Support team efforts in maintaining efficient workflow during trimming sessions
Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
