Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated male Health Care Aides to provide exceptional support and care to our clients in a home care settings, private homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Support with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent falls or injuries
- Engage clients in recreational activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is highly preferred
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those with dementia is advantageous
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is desirable
- Compassionate nature with excellent caregiving skills and patience
- Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Certification in caregiving or relevant training is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
