Job Description:
Sultan Ahmet Turkish Cuisine is hiring Servers / Waiters / Waitresses for our Mississauga location.
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable team members who can provide excellent customer service and create a great dining experience for our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Explain menu items and make recommendations
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Check on tables and ensure guests are satisfied
- Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Process payments when required
- Follow restaurant service standards and food safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine is an asset but not required
