Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and supporting skilled trades. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and familiarity with construction tools and techniques. Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as required under supervision
- Assist with curtain wall and glazing tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution
- Perform demolition or restoration work as needed
- Support installation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards throughout all activities
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or related trades is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Skills in carpentry, masonry, concrete finishing, glazing, or electrical work are advantageous
- Experience operating heavy equipment or working with power tools is beneficial
- Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics or blueprints is desirable
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Forklift certification is a huge plus

Pay: $17.85-$29.72 per hour
