RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and track IT projects (50% of the time)
- Design the technical portion of technology solution proposals including products, services and labor
- Act as a communication bridge between sales (representatives) and technical staff
- Participate in design projects
- Complete technology ITIL analyses for clients (analysis and writing)
- Participate in technology tables and strategic sales meetings
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers
- Keep on top of the industry regarding new technologies
SKILLS :
- Comfortable with oral and written communication in both French and English
- Good analytical and listening skills
- Excellent knowledge of : Windows 7/8/10, Remote Apps, Terminal server
- Good knowledge of networking (VPN, VLAN, DNS, WiFi, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server from 2003 to 2016 (Active Directory, GPO, access rights
