Renegade HM Services Inc. requires experienced and motivated abatement technicians and supervisors. Positions are available immediately.
Candidates must have experience in the abatement industry and have a valid asbestos removal certification. Successful candidates must be clean shaven in order to wear a respirator. CSA approved steel toe boots are required, all other PPE is provided.
Job Duties
- Removal of hazardous materials such as asbestos or mold
- Containment setups and take downs
- Cleaning of materials and equipment
- Follow health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid asbestos ticket
- Able to follow directions
- Communication skills
- Team player
Physical Requirements
- Clean shaven and able to wear a mask
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs without assistance
- Stand or walk for long periods of time
- Work from ladders or scaffolding
- Work from heights
- Work in tight clearances
Addition certifications such as Confine Space, Fall Arrest, First Aid, H2S, Driver’s license are considered assets.
