One of our clients is seeking a Millwright / Maintenance Technician to support production uptime and equipment reliability. The role is ideal for a licensed 433A Millwright or an experienced industrial maintenance technician looking to advance in a stable, safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities
· Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment
· Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
· Maintain and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, and automated systems
· Perform preventive maintenance (PM) to minimize downtime
· Support basic troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems, sensors, and HMIs
· Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively to restore production
· Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
· Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
· Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards
· Ensure clean, safe, and organized work practices
Requirements
· Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) preferred OR equivalent experience
· 3–6 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
· Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and rotating equipment
· Basic PLC knowledge considered an asset
· Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals
· Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on maintenance tasks
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities
· High school diploma required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
