Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Store and Warehouse Associate to join our team! Responsibilities
- Manage inventory by receiving shipments, verifying product quantities, and organizing stock in the warehouse or store floor
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed product demos and technical explanations to support their purchasing decisions
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing
- Efficient with all Microsoft Word
- Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
- Support sales efforts through upselling techniques and promoting featured products to maximize revenue
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock audits to ensure accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly, maintaining phone etiquette, and fostering a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise
- Nice to have : Forklift Experience
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or retail operations is advantageous
- A customer-focused attitude with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
