Capital Auto Group's dedicated Parts Departments are there to help our customers preserve their purchase and keep their vehicle running properly. The primary role of this position is to support the efficient stocking, organization, and delivery of automotive parts.
A day in the life…
- Communicating proficiently with management to report any problems or delays regarding parts deliveries.
- Interacting with the Service and Sale departments to ensure smooth delivery of parts.
- Assisting with inventory/warehouse control.
- Receiving/shipping of ordered inventory.
- General housekeeping of department.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.
What You Bring To CAG…
- Have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and lift up to 60lbs may be required.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Basic technological and mechanical knowledge of how a vehicle operates.
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a stressful environment.
- Excellent attendance is a must and consistently arrives to work on time.
- Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors;
What We Require From You…
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years’ experience in the service industry is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a Driver's Abstract.
- Record of Conduct
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
