Our client in Ottawa, ON is actively looking for an Administrative Assistant join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal teams and municipal partners, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
Prepare, analyze, and review reports on service performance, contract compliance, and key operational metrics to support decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with dispatch, operations, and finance teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual commitments and service level agreements (SLAs).
Investigate and support the resolution of service discrepancies, including missed collections and customer concerns, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
Assist with route scheduling adjustments to optimize efficiency, resource utilization, and service coverage.
Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, amendments, and all supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Review and reconcile daily service reports, invoices, and work orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual terms.
Coordinate with operations teams to address maintenance needs and schedule necessary repairs to minimize service disruptions.
Support the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and municipal stakeholders.
