What you’ll do...
- Recruit, develop, motivate and lead your high-performing sales team
- Maintain and foster a customer centric environment
- Create and maintain visually appealing merchandising and window displays
- Oversee daily store staff scheduling, operations, loss prevention and maintenance
of standards
- Participate in weekly management calls and report on key productivity and performance metrics, competitive activity and market conditions
What you’ll bring to the team….
- 2-5 years of management experience in fashion apparel
- Fashion retail management experience with a proven track record of sales
- Positive, optimistic, results-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Fashionable, well-groomed professional presentation
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong people development and management skills
- Exceptional time management, organization and follow through skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
