Job description
Be a part of our multi-disciplinary health clinic located in Vancouver. Our location captures the Kitsilano, South Granville, and downtown populations and is walking distance to all major public transit stations. We are looking for one part-time medical office assistant to join our team with the opportunities for increased hours and advanced positions in the future.
Although not a deal breaker, the applicant will ideally have a minimum of one year experience working in an office setting with a working knowledge of the Jane App booking system. We are looking for motivated self starter individuals who love to learn, grow, are passionate about healthcare and people, and a team player.
Duties will consist of front desk reception, maintaining electronic medical records & billing, maintain and upkeep our space, and providing therapist support where needed.
Candidates who are able to demonstrate consistent reliability, commitment to our team and growth within the clinic will be provided with opportunities in the upcoming months.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
