Solange Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Injector (hiring in multiple locations; Hamilton, Niagara, Mississauga, Ottawa) to join our medical aesthetics team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetic medicine and committed to delivering safe, natural-looking results while providing exceptional patient care.
In this role, you will perform injectable treatments and support a variety of medical aesthetic services in a professional and welcoming clinical environment. The Nurse Injector will work closely with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver treatments with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, in accordance with medical and safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and facial assessments to develop customized treatment plans.
- Provide clear education to patients regarding procedures, risks, aftercare, and expected results.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and consent documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety standards, infection control protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor patient outcomes and provide follow-up care as needed.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a seamless patient experience from consultation through post-treatment care.
- Stay informed on advancements in aesthetic medicine, injection techniques, and new products.
- Support the clinic in promoting treatments through patient education and treatment recommendations.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license in good standing.
- Certification or specialized training in cosmetic injectables (Botox and dermal fillers).
- Previous experience as a Nurse Injector in a medical aesthetics clinic or medical spa is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and aesthetic treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and patient consultation skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering safe, natural-looking results.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Passion for aesthetic medicine, patient care, and ongoing professional development.
