Cavendish Farms is seeking a skilled and dependable Farm Mechanic to support our farming operations by maintaining and repairing a wide range of agricultural and fleet equipment. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient farm operations throughout the growing and harvesting seasons.
It is a seasonal hourly role to support our full time mechanic . From mid September to mid October 40+ hours per week, casually/on call the rest of the year.

Working Conditions
- Approximately 70% indoor / 30% outdoor work environment
- Exposure to farm equipment, noise, grease, and seasonal weather conditions
