Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced RV Technician, Automotive Technician, or mechanically inclined builder with electrical experience ,who enjoys variety in their work and has a passion for quality craftsmanship.
The ideal person:

We care just as much about attitude and attention to detail as we do about experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every van is different, so the work stays interesting.
You’ll be involved in:
- Electrical systems (12, 24, 48V & 120V)
- Plumbing and water systems
- Heater, fan, and appliance installs
- Troubleshooting and repairs
- Automotive accessory installations
- Camper systems and interior finishing
- General mechanical work
- Assembly and fabrication
One day you might be wiring a solar system, the next installing off-road accessories or dialling in final details before delivery.
Experience That Helps
- RV Technician or Automotive Technician experience
- Experience with camper vans, RVs, trailers, or specialty vehicles
- Familiarity with Sprinter, Transit, or ProMaster vans
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands on experience
- Fabrication or welding experience is a bonus
- Diagnostic or aftermarket installation experience is an asset
Certifications are great, but real hands-on experience and a passion for quality matter most.

Pay: $29.00-$33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
