Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure product availability and presentation standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations
- Utilize technical knowledge to explain product specifications and benefits effectively
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
- Uphold phone etiquette when assisting remote or prospective customers via phone or online channels
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed
- Previous experience in retail sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
