Overview
Three Way Builders is hiring an entry-level Site Assistant to join our fast-paced residential construction crews. We build homes — and we build careers. If you're reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work, we'll teach you everything else.
You'll work alongside experienced site supervisors in a dynamic, high-output environment where no two days look the same. Help coordinate trades and subcontractors, track materials and deliveries, maintain site logs, and keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Construction Site Supervisor in overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities as required
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
- Assist in planning and scheduling daily site activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth workflow and minimize delays.
- Participate in regular site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and promptly report deficiencies or non-conformances to the Construction Site Supervisor.
- Actively promote and maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Support the enforcement of site safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in tracking and managing construction materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Operate or obtain certification to operate a skid steer and telehandler (training available for the right candidate).
- Coordinate material deliveries and storage to ensure timely availability for site activities.
- Pick up materials and supplies from suppliers as required to support uninterrupted site operations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of project progress, site conditions, and relevant site information.
- Document daily construction progress through written site logs and photographs.
- Work closely with the construction team to foster clear communication and effective coordination.
- Provide direction and support to site workers as required.
- Proactively identify site challenges and assist in developing timely, practical solutions to maintain project continuity.
- Assist insite clean ups.
Experience
- Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is an asset
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong interest in residential construction trades and willingness to learn new skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and lift materials as needed

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
