Purpose:
Consistently ranked in the top tier of the world's best business schools and #1 in Canada, the Schulich School of Business is known for its global reach, innovative programming and the diversity of its student body, faculty, and staff. Schulich enrolls approximately 3,000 students annually in undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate business. Located in Toronto, Canada, the School's multimillion-dollar, award-winning complex is on York University's main campus. Schulich's downtown Miles S. Nadal Management Centre is situated in the heart of the city's financial district. Acting in the capacity of technology Subject Matter Expert for members of the Schulich Community and York University community (especially as these relate to mobile, social, cloud, data analytics, and emerging technologies), the Manager, Enterprise Solutions is required to guide and develop Information Services & Technology (IST) staff in the continuous operation and evolution of Schulich applications including the Schulich web site, Student (Customer) Relationship Management system, Learning Management System, mail and collaboration infrastructure, data analytics and other integrated and cloud services. Ongoing goals and objectives include leveraging internal and external end-user and technical resources to execute on the Enterprise Architecture for the Business School within the context of York University's Enterprise Architecture, developing standards and practices for application development, and working with the Director, IST, to refine and execute the IT Strategy for the School. The Manager, Enterprise Solutions is tasked with defining and evolving policies and directives to support the IT infrastructure of the Business School, including the Graduate and Undergraduate programs, the Executive MBA program, the Executive Learning Centre, and Schulich Executive Education.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business administration, computer science, etc.).
Completed courses/training in enterprise architecture, project management, and business analysis.Note: Verification of degrees/credentials required.
Experience:
6 years related work experience.
4 years management experience.
Experience in enterprise application design, development, and architecture.
Experience working with application and cloud platform vendors and technology partners.
Experience with enterprise platforms and middleware, such as Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Enterprise Integration, Business Intelligence & Visual Analystics, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse and .Net.

York's CPM Compensation Framework has a salary grid consisting of 6 or 8 steps (depending on job grade) which is reviewed annually with possible adjustments, and a lump sum Performance Based Recognition Award.
