As a Fashion Consultant & Promoter at Indi&I Studio, you will be the face of our luxury women's fashion brand. Your role is to provide personalized styling advice, deliver exceptional customer service, promote the brand through social media and local networking, and help every client feel elegant, confident, and beautiful.
Key Responsibilities Fashion Styling
- Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism.
- Conduct one-on-one styling consultations.
- Recommend complete outfit combinations and accessories.
- Assist clients in selecting clothing based on body shape, lifestyle, and occasion.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and new collections.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Build strong relationships with returning clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Process sales accurately through the POS system.
- Maintain customer profiles and follow up after purchases.
- Encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Brand Promotion
- Represent Indi&I at local events and networking opportunities.
- Invite potential customers to visit the studio.
- Build relationships with influencers, photographers, makeup artists, and local businesses.
- Promote pre-opening events, VIP shopping experiences, and seasonal collections.
- Distribute promotional materials in surrounding businesses and residential communities.
Social Media Support
- Create Instagram Stories and behind-the-scenes content.
- Assist with Reels and product videos.
- Feature new arrivals daily.
- Encourage customers to share their purchases online.
- Help organize photoshoots and promotional campaigns.
Visual Merchandising
- Keep displays elegant and aligned with the Indi&I luxury aesthetic.
- Steam garments and maintain impeccable presentation.
- Refresh mannequins and window displays regularly.
- Ensure fitting rooms remain clean and welcoming.
Inventory
- Receive and inspect new merchandise.
- Tag and organize inventory.
- Assist with stock counts.
- Report damaged items promptly.
Pay: $20.00-$27.71 per hour
