Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of a variety of massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
This role involves assessing clients’ needs, developing personalized treatment plans and delivering high quality massage therapy services in a serene and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and discuss their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide various types of massage therapy including Swedish, deep tissue, sports and therapeutic massages.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following hygiene protocols and properly maintaining equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain techniques, address concerns and provide aftercare advice.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques and best practices to enhance service offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to convey treatment plans and address client inquiries effectively.
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required.

Pay: $72.00-$81.00 per hour
