Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative, operational, and customer support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to both follow and help develop established processes (SOPs). The position is suited for someone comfortable working independently, supporting clients and workers, and using digital tools to manage day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email coordination, and document management
· Maintain and organize files, records, and internal systems using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
· Set up and manage Google Workspace accounts, user access, and basic troubleshooting
· Follow, maintain, and contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and written communications
· Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of work
· Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and note-taking where required
· Manage data entry and ensure accuracy across systems and documents
Customer Service & Support
· Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
· Address client concerns and escalate issues where required
· Provide support to workers, including responding to questions, guiding them through processes, and resolving basic issues
· Maintain clear and professional communication with both clients and workers
· Support onboarding and ongoing engagement by ensuring a positive and responsive experience
Qualifications & Skills
· Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
· Experience setting up and managing Google Workspace accounts
· Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple digital platforms
· Experience following and developing SOPs and structured processes
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Customer service experience, with the ability to handle concerns professionally
· High level of organization and attention to detail
· Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
· Ability to work independently and maintain consistency in output
· Familiarity with Cognito (or similar platforms) is an asset
