Key Responsibilities
- Craft high-quality wood fire oven pizzas according to house recipes
- Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings with consistency and precision
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards at all times
- Properly handle pizza ingredients, kitchen tools, and equipment
- Assist with appetizer, dessert, and plating stations as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to deliver exceptional service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of pizza making or professional cooking experience
- Experience with wood-fired ovens strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of food safety procedures and kitchen equipment
- Food Safe Certification preferred
- Must reside within the local region
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
