We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our dealership team. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts and develop new client relationships
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals
- Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and upsell features to maximize sales opportunities
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining dealership policies
- Provide comprehensive customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Support marketing campaigns by promoting dealership specials and events
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Assist in B2B sales efforts to expand partnerships with local businesses
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about vehicle features, financing options, and after-sales services
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transaction processes and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or B2B sales is preferred; dealership experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Multilingual capabilities, especially fluency in Spanish or other languages, are highly desirable
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automotive sales is advantageous
- Strong math skills for handling financing calculations and pricing negotiations
