Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Worker to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Inspect and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk staff to address maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Order and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent certification required
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or related field
· Proficient in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
· Ability to perform various physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and climbing
· Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Contract length: 10 months
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 44 per week
