About the role
Viri Beverages Ltd. is a growing food and beverage company opening a new Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) production facility in Burlington offering High-Pressure Processing (HPP), commercial kitchen space, storage, and logistics to CPG brands. We're hiring a hands-on Production & Facility Associate to help get the facility running and keep it running day to day. This employee will be responsible for operating HPP cycles, CPG production, keeping the space spotless, and managing incoming and outgoing orders. What you'll do
- HPP operations: Load, run, and unload High-Pressure Processing cycles; log batches; follow food-safety and processing procedures.
- Food and Beverage production: Manufacturing Viri's juice products and client CPG products. Including but not limited to juicing, filling, capping, labeling, packing, and batch record-keeping.
- Cleaning & sanitation: Daily cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, work areas, and dry/cold storage per our sanitation schedule. This is a core part of the job, every day.
- Orders & logistics: Coordinate customer pick-ups and drop-offs, receive and stage incoming inventory, and prepare outgoing orders accurately.
- General facility support: Help across all of our services; wherever the day's schedule needs you.
What we're looking for
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a physical, on-your-feet role
- Detail-oriented: you follow procedures and keep accurate records
- Takes cleanliness and food safety seriously
- Team player who can also work independently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold/temperature-controlled areas
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Nice to have (not required — we'll train)
- Food production, bottling, kitchen, or warehouse experience
- Forklift/pallet-jack experience
- Valid driver's license (for occasional pickups/drop-offs)
