Duties

- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed consistently

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations
- Support serving staff by coordinating timely food delivery and addressing any special dietary needs or requests
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate team members effectively
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
