We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to support our continued growth in North America and international markets. This is a B2B sales role working with dealers, OEMs, distributors, engineering teams, and industrial customers. The role is focused on quotations, customer follow-up, CRM discipline, account support, and helping opportunities move from inquiry to quote, order, shipment, and invoice. You will work with products that are critical to real industrial operations, including factories, farms, logistics facilities, food plants, tanks, silos, platforms, vehicles, and custom machinery. - Support dealers, OEM customers, distributors, end users, and outside Sales Managers.
- Follow up after outside sales visits, trade shows, campaigns, and customer meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records, including opportunities, quotation status, follow-up dates, win/loss notes, and next actions.
- Coordinate internally with Customer Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting to support customer requirements.
- Support the quote-to-order process, including product availability, lead times, shipping requirements, documentation, and order handoff.
- Learn ANYLOAD’s load cells, scales, indicators, weighing systems, mounting hardware, junction boxes, transmitters, and related accessories.

- Background in business, sales, supply chain, science, engineering technology, trades, manufacturing, or hands-on industrial work is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filters, sorting, data cleanup, and reporting. Pivot tables and lookup formulas are an asset.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many open quotations, inquiries, and follow-ups without losing track.
- Comfortable learning technical products and asking clear questions to understand customer applications.
- Personable, approachable, and able to build rapport with regular dealers, distributors, OEM customers, and internal teams.
- Professional fluency in English is required, including clear phone/video call communication, business email writing.
- Spanish, French, or Mandarin language skills are strong assets.
