Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person for all daily office operations providing exceptional customer service, and full cycle accounting functions. This role requires proficiency in office software, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently, suitable for a candidate experienced in small 1-2 person office environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service tasks such as scheduling service calls, tracking progress, invoicing when complete, and processing payments.
- Accounts Payable including ordering inventory, verify pricing and receipt of products, post to payables, and process payments. USD experience is preferred.
- Reconcile Petty Cash, Visa Statements, and other GL Accounts
- General tasks such as answer phones, emails, filing, order office supplies, MTO Renewals for fleet, certificate and membership renewals, and insurance renewal
- Payroll preparation using Excel and Payworks
- Prepare documentation for audits
- Intercompany transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative and accounting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, SAGE 50, and CRM software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and office procedures
- You must have a Valid G license and a vehicle, as there are no buses.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
